We are working in partnership with a successful and reputable Insurance Agency who are seeking an Office Administrator to join their professional and friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner and excellent IT skills,
Full training on the job will be given.
Responsibilities:
. Sending renewal terms to brokers
. Saving terms onto the system
. Forward any claims/terms to processing team
. Uploading client/customer details onto the system
. Chasing any renewals that are due to expire
Skills:
. Communication, organisation and attention to detail
. IT literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook
. Experience in administration
. Excellent phone manner
This role would suit an entry level candidate who is looking to get into their first adminsitrattive position or someone with previous administration experience.
