Document Controller- Cambridge
To £35,000 DOE
Our client, a leading contractor with a mission to deliver exceptional services on time, safely and within the budget. Due to continued growth, the need now exists for an experienced Document Controller whowill be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available to the project team, clients, and other relevant stakeholders maintaining the smooth flow of information and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system ensuring that all documents are correctly labelled, filed, and easily retrievable when required.
* Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
* Review documents for accuracy & completeness ensuring that all documents are updated, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner.
* Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely exchange of information.
