You will be responsible for supporting our current and new clients to put more people onto Corndel training programmes, explaining to new businesses the opportunities presented by the training tax, managing relationships with our most important customers, and helping mobilise new contracts. The role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key driver of our engagement with NHS clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of Corndel’s training programmes. You’ll work strategically with existing and new NHS partners, guiding them through learner intake planning, programme implementation, and ongoing relationship management. Your role will directly contribute to workforce development and transformation within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong partnerships with NHS stakeholders, aligning our training solutions with their strategic objectives. Business Growth : Support the expansion of Corndel’s NHS portfolio by identifying opportunities to increase learner enrolments. Strategic Account Development : Lead the mobilisation of new NHS accounts and ensure seamless onboarding of learner cohorts. Presentation & Proposal Delivery : Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to NHS needs. Promotional & Engagement Activities : Organise and manage communication campaigns to increase programme visibility. Tender Contributions : Assist in preparing winning tender submissions where required.
