What we are looking for We are currently seeking an Entertainment & Experience Co-ordinator to join our Operations department, based in our offices at the racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire. What you’ll be doing • Project Work: Seeing a plan through from start to finish, such as researching, costing, liaising with suppliers and assisting with site set-up. • Oversee the entertainment and activities on a raceday. • Researching competitor markets for future ideas. • Evolve and improve the delivery of the Royal Ascot Entertainment and Experience for our racegoers. • Cross departmental liaison to ensure commercial needs marry operational delivery, resulting in outstanding customer experiences in line with Ascot’s Brand, Values and Guidelines. • Deliver great event experience within allocated budgets, whilst looking towards improvement and efficiency for future events. • Manage, alongside the Guest Experience Manager, signage and site wayfinding requests. • Work with the Sign Writer per raceday, managing the install of signs and their site locations. • Responsible for the writing and distribution of the timetable, liaising with the relevant departments. • Available for customers for any issues that arise on site relating to the entertainment. • Such other duties as the Company may, at times, reasonably require.
