From the initial planning stages through to repurposing of materials at the end of the cycle, we have been a valued partner to the clients we work with for over 50 years. Who are we looking for? Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting them to manage the installation of new National Lottery terminals throughout the UK. Ensuring the project is fully resources, completed on time, to budget and to the client’s satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the installation engineers and the wider project team to deliver a first-class installation service. Previous project management experience is desirable but not essential. What’s more important is a desire to succeed, and to do this you must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, liaising with installation engineers and retailers, mainly via the phone is an essential part of the role. Key skills for the role include: Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work at pace Comfortable, and confident using Microsoft Office Personable, with the ability to work with others as part of a time and also under own direction What does my new role look like? Working as part of our friendly team in our Head Office in Macclesfield you will help to ensure we deliver work class service to our clients. You will do this by: Assisting the Client Delivery Manager to provide key information within agreed timescales Provide support and guidance to the field team Ensure all data captured is checked and accurate Ensure that the client’s expectations are managed effectively with the aim to always exceed expectations where possible Manage any client/field/office communication effectively and in a timely fashion Ensure Insite (Momentum’s proprietary system) and all project-related information are updated and maintain Administer all activities and manage expectations while ensuring all operation objectives are fully achieved What will I get in return?
