**Job Ad: Group Senior Management Accountant**
**Location:** Clapham (Flexible up to 2 days a week from home)

**Salary:** £50,000-£55,000

Westwood Hospitality is seeking a Group Senior Management Accountant on behalf of an exciting, growing hospitality brand thats redefining the guest experience. **The Role:**
In this role, youll join a small but dynamic finance team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to engage in all areas of the business. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on variety and can adapt to the evolving needs of a growing company.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process purchase invoices and monitor the shared invoices inbox
- Manage invoice queries and complete supplier reconciliations
- Conduct monthly reviews of aged creditors, ensuring accounts are reconciled and investigating outstanding invoices
- Assist in weekly payment runs and bank reconciliations
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts for Finance Director review
- Maintain fixed asset registers and accurately calculate depreciation
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts at month-end and manage prepayments and accruals
- Assist with quarterly VAT returns and monthly payroll processing
- Contribute to improving internal controls and processes within the finance function
- Support ad hoc finance projects and tasks across departments as needed
**Key Skills and Experience:**
- Experience in a busy finance department
- Strong background in preparing management accounts, month-end journal postings, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify financial opportunities
- Highly organized, able to work independently, and skilled at prioritizing a varied workload
- A team player with a flexible, "can-do" attitude and willingness to step up as needed
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues
- Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential)
