Description
You have dealt with Household claims and would now like to expand your horizon by dealing with commercial claims? Look no further! Davies is seeking a Commercial Property Claims Handler to join our successful Property team in our Stoke office. This role will place you at the heart of our customer journey and you will be the first point of contact in moments that matter to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide
2. Analysing policies to determine claim coverage and devise efficient claims processing strategies
3. Keeping policyholders informed about claim progress through well-crafted correspondence
4. Setting up new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems
5. Issuing payments and arranging settlements as needed
6. Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
7. Contributing to team success and driving business growth
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
1. Previous Experience: This role is ideal for someone with a Household claims background who would like to grow their insurance career and move over to commercial claims
