Instrumentation Laboratory Technician

We have a position available for a recent science graduate. The role involves assisting in the disassembling, cleaning, and maintenance of a wide range of water quality monitoring equipment. In addition, you will assist in the operation of our quality system. This is an ongoing temporary position. This is a great opportunity to learn more about environmental monitoring equipment. We are looking to get people started ASAP. All training will be provided; however, some existing science-related experience is essential.
Requirements
1. Scientific qualifications (A Level and/or Degree)
2. Problem Solver
3. Dexterity
4. Able to commute to Caversham
Preferable but not essential
1. Laboratory or workshop experience
Compensation
£11.83 per hour
Working hours 7:30am-3:30pm (to help avoid the traffic)
Successful candidate must complete a DBS check which costs £18.
Seeking candidates with an interest in water quality and environmental science. Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate of University or A-levels, looking for long-term commitment to the role.
