About the role
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be working with children who have Autism (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD). You will be working as a part of a well-established and supportive team to encourage engagement and a positive approach to education.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with pupils with SEND.
2. A passion for the progression of SEND pupils.
3. An ability to work as part of a team.
4. A nurturing and engaging personality.
5. Experience working with EYFS/Primary/Secondary/post-16 pupils/or vulnerable adults.
