The Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Therapy and Manual Handling Team within Adult Social Care as a Business Support Clerk.
About You
We are seeking a Business Support Clerk with a drive and passion to be at the forefront of our thriving Occupational Therapy and Manual Handling Team. As the Business Support Clerk, your role will be to assist the staff team and managers in all aspects of the ongoing provision of our workforce training and development, as well as the service Quality Assurance. Your role will involve:
* Provision of an appropriate and courteous response to all forms of enquiries, taking messages and making telephone calls, as appropriate.
* Assisting with bookings of initial assessments.
* Inputting, extracting and maintaining information.
* Ensuring accurate and complete performance monitoring data for the service area.
* Providing photocopying, filing, and word processing services to the team.
* Developing and maintaining effective admin systems in line with the Service requirements and ensuring that all computerized and manual systems are updated and maintained to the appropriate standard.
* Completing an induction and being offered the relevant training and support to develop techniques and skills in relation to your role.
You will be required to work a 30-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
