We utilize our automated technology to pre-plan your route and preload your van.
As customers receive their groceries at different times, our working patterns will include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. This means you'll receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.22 per hour. You can further boost your earnings with enhanced overtime to fund special occasions.
All breaks are paid, meaning you're compensated for every minute spent working – a great deal!

You don't need prior experience, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will handle the rest.
The following requirements apply to driving licence holders:
* A valid UK or EU driving license
* A minimum of six months' driving experience
* No more than six penalty points
* No driving disqualifications within the past five years
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
Good communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role.

Hourly Pay Rates:
Monday to Saturday: £12.74 (Basic Rate)
Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
Sunday Day Premium: £1.27
Sunday Evening Premium: £2.51
Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £15.93
Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.33
Contract Details:
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days: You'll work any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts, and receive further information during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. Your shifts may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time before applying.
Pay Structure: This position is weekly paid. We're consulting with employees about changing our pay frequency from weekly to four-weekly. The proposed change will take effect from April 2025.
