Our Audit team here at Forvis Mazars specialises in delivering high quality services to our clients. Our specialist Public Sector team provides distinctive audit and advisory services across five sectors – local government, central government, health and social care, education, housing and charities.
About the role
* Lead multiple audit engagements, overseeing and developing junior staff.
* Work closely with clients and be committed to providing an exceptional service.
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of stakeholder relationships at audited entities.
* Collaborate with Senior leaders up to Partner level.
What are we looking for?
* ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
* Experience of leading external audits from planning through to completion.
* Relevant public services sector audit experience.
* Up to date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
* Experience of managing, training and coaching audit trainees.
