About The Role
Responsible for managing Partnership and agency Drivers over a 24 hours a day, 7 day a week transport operation.

Role Title: Transport PM Shift Operator
Position: 6 Months Fixed term contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 12:00 - 20:00 on rota including weekends
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. Maintaining full compliance under current EU driving regulations and the Working Time Directive. Ensuring achievement of productivity targets, agreed key customer service levels and key performance indicators within cost targets. To ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to. To ensure Partners are treated fairly and with respect. To deputise for the Transport Section Manager in their absence.
Job Requirements:

Manage general office and associated areas whilst ensuring good housekeeping and standards of tidiness are maintained.
Has a good degree of literacy and numeracy.
Good PC skills.

Works well under pressure.
Has good communication skills.
Ensure departmental & Partnership processes complied with.
Is reliable and punctual.
Understands the basics of Health and Safety procedures.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications:
Supply Chain experience Transport /Warehouse Office experience.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
Good working knowledge of IT systems (Email / MS office / Paragon).
National CPC qualification.
