5. Lead and oversee the Wills & LPA team, ensuring exceptional service delivery
6. Provide expert legal advice on wills, estate planning, and LPAs
7. Drive business development and marketing efforts to grow the department
8. Work closely with financial advisors and accountants to offer comprehensive client solutions
9. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
10. Mentor and support team members in their professional development
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience writing wills and must be confident meeting with clients.
