We're MI6, also known as the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS). Our mission is to protect the security and economic wellbeing of the UK from overseas threats such as regional instability, terrorism, and cyber-attacks. Working across the globe and in close partnership with MI5 and GCHQ, we help the Government to counter these threats through the provision of secret intelligence. Job description
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary product team, to build and run secure applications and products that drive our investigations, analysis and corporate functions. This programme will provide you with opportunities to gain experience working across a variety of teams. As the programme progresses, you will identify, and then specialise in a role ( software engineering or data engineering). Our tech stacks vary between products such as Java, C#, React, MongoDB, Oracle. We also make use of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. Whatever you work on it will be unique, varied and will have a direct and rewarding impact on the success of our organisations.

This is a graduate role that is designed to fully equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to be an effective part of MI6�s technology workforce. Successful applicants will start the programme in late Autumn 2025. You must be able to live in or commute to central London.
