£31,000 per annum + 33 Days Holiday + Enhanced Pension Scheme

8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Are you passionate about the food manufacturing industry and its safety processes?
Do you have an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that the food safety processes are hygienic and safe? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-known food manufacturing organisation as a Food Safety and Quality Administrator.
The Role of a Food Safety and Quality Administrator
•Review SSOPs documentation and other relevant documentation
•Conduct regular inspections including chemical checks and water sampling
•Undertake audits to identify and resolve any potential quality and safety issues.
•Maintain accurate records of quality control measures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Participate in swabbing/testing and analysis, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
•Support to Quality Food Safety Lead and Sanitation Lead when required
•Assist in the development and updating of food safety and quality policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
•Previous experience in working in food manufacturing/Quality/Sanitation role is beneficial,
•Strong excel and competent with IT
•Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
•Highly motivated and excellent work ethic
•Must be able to work to processes and procedures
•Positive persona
•Excellent organisation and planning skills
•Be a problem-solver
