Description The Junior Credit Controller will be responsible for: Manage and maintain client accounts Ensure timely debt collection and minimise financial risk. Prepare accurate reports on credit control activity. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote prompt payment. Work closely with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes. Adhere to all relevant financial regulations and company policies. Contribute to the team's objectives and support colleagues when required Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions Other ad hoc tasks to support wider finance team Profile A successful Junior Credit Controller should have: Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner Excellent attention to detail Tenacity and resilience Exposure to working in a finance department, some finance administration experience would be ideal.
