HMO Capital is a developer targeting the transformation of 50-100 properties per year into high-end co-living HMOs. We are scaling in-house construction teams and leveraging AI-driven scheduling & bulk procurement to optimise costs and speed.
Role Overview
We need a Construction Director to build, lead, and scale our in-house teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple sites in the South East, mostly outside of London.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee 125+ in-house workers & subcontractors across multiple live projects.
2. Deliver 50+ HMO conversions per year within 5-month timelines.
3. Manage a £10M+ budget, optimizing bulk procurement & warehousing.
4. Ensure HMO compliance, health & safety, and quality control.
Requirements
1. 10+ years experience in residential renovations or HMO conversions.
2. Proven ability to manage 10+ live projects & 100+ workers.
3. Strong budget & cost control skills (£5M+ annually).
4. Comfortable with AI-driven scheduling & construction tech.
