We are currently advertising on behalf of an established and family-run Service and MOT Centre who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor / Administrator to assist in their busy Service Department in the Aldershot area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor / Administrator who can provide the best level of customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A working experience within a Service Advisor / Administrator role
2. The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
3. Customer focused and an excellent communicator
4. Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
Responsibilities:
1. Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
2. Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
3. Update Customers and Vehicle Records
4. Prepare and complete Invoices
5. Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
6. Other ad-hoc duties as the role requires
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000.
