Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ASIC Architect or Team Lead to design, develop and architect cutting-edge ICs and SOCs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RISC-V cores for various product applications such as wifi/RF, power management, computing/processor architecture.
This role offers a unique opportunity for technical leadership and collaboration with our team of experts. As an ASIC Architect or Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and developing complex ICs and SOCs using RISC-V cores
* Leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality projects on time
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
The successful candidate will possess:
* A degree in electronics, micro-electronics, physics or a related field
* At least 10 years of experience in full chip design and delivery
* Technical leadership and team management skills
* Expertise in digital and analog-mixed-signal IP, chips and SOCs
* Knowledge of ASIC and FPGA design languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL)
* Familiarity with complex tape-out processes and interactions with fabrication plants
* Detailed knowledge of SOC design, integration, system design and architecture
* Experience in power management, PMIC, ultra-low power optimization and performance
* Skills in synthesis, HLS and STA

* Full digital design flow from RTL to GDS
* Physical implementation and physical design
* CPU, GPU and RISC-V design and architecture
* TPU, VPU and FPU design and architecture
* HW and hardware accelerators
* PLL and filter design
* RF-SOC design
* DSP and signal processing
* Flash memory design (DDR, HBM, high-bandwidth memory and cache chorency)
* Clock and timing constraints
* ISO26262 functional safety for the automotive industry
* Scripting skills in Python, C/C++, SystemC and TCL
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
