What you’ll be doing We have a fantastic opportunity for a Campaigns Manager at On the Beach As a campaign expert you will have a strong background in executing a campaign idea across multiple channels with multiple messaging and good understanding of the channel mix required to deliver an effective marketing campaign. It is important that you are constantly focussed on the delivery through to booking and the performance effects of your campaigns. The role is very hands on so you will be someone who is self-sufficient and confident driving forward and executing the strategy and relevant campaigns. You’ll ensure that everything we create is accurate and in tune with business requirements, working closely with the legal, customer service, marketing and product teams, to join the dots to maximise the impacts of every campaign. Duties will include: · You will be able to take a creative concept and see it executed seamlessly and consistently across multiple channels and multiple markets (UK and IRE). · Work closely with other parts of the business, including data, product & tech, legal as well as marketing teams such as CRM, Performance, Social, Content, SEO and many others to drive a consistent omni-channel campaign experience for consumers. Numbers and measurement will be the driving force of everything you do You will be happy working to very focussed OKRs and campaign plans and will be able to construct and implement planning to meet both long term and short term goals. You will be flexible in your approach and be able to adapt to the demands of a fast growing and fast changing business. About you We ask that you are as passionate about making On the Beach a success as we are At least 5 years’ experience & a proven track record in planning & executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in either a retail/ecommerce/travel environment Experience in briefing & managing agency relationships Experience in cross-functional management to drive the best results across the business Key understanding of marketing & campaign principles and their application Experience in managing evolving creative concepts and A|B testing to constantly improve performance Skills that you will bring to the beach might include: Educated to degree level or with relevant professional qualifications (i.e. CIM) OR relevant travel industry experience Strong design mindset and attention to detail Metrics-driven mindset A creative flair and passion Self-starter, able to prioritise and deliver own workload Excellent collaboration and communication Flexible team player who is adaptable with the ability to work under pressure Highly organised and able to multi-task across a range of activities Excellent presentation skills and along with a competency in office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) What to expect from our Interview Process We will have a two-stage interview process for this position that will consist of a first stage Microsoft Teams interview and a second stage interview at our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre which will include a presentation and/or interview task. Ways of working This role is full time hours, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 09:00 - 17:00. We offer hybrid working, you’ll be in the office 2 days per week on a Tuesday & Wednesday and working from home 3 days per week.
