Teacher of Business Studies, Economics, and Enterprise & Entrepreneurship
We are seeking inspiring Teachers of Business Studies, Economics, and Enterprise & Entrepreneurship to join our department on a full-time basis.
You will be expected to perform the professional duties of a teacher as required and in accordance with the College’s policies under the direction of the Headmaster. We are looking for an experienced Teacher of Business, capable of teaching Economics to KS5. The department offers A Levels in Business and Economics as well as BTEC courses in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. There may be opportunities to lead a subject area for the right candidate.
Teaching at LWC involves contributing fully to the College community, including tutoring, co-curricular activities, boarding house duties, cover responsibilities, and attending parents’ evenings. Liaising with parents is also part of the role.
The Business, Economics, and Enterprise & Entrepreneurship Department comprises 4 full-time staff members. It is a successful, collaborative team that attracts high student numbers across all three subjects. We focus heavily on co-curricular activities, which we aim to expand. The department has three fully equipped classrooms with Smartboards.
