Role Overview As a Purchasing and Supply Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver quality, on-time results. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in manufacturing or supply chain management. Key Responsibilities Procurement Excellence: Source and order essential components, meeting 'First Time In Full’ KPIs for both pumps and systems to maintain customer satisfaction and financial goals. Supplier Relations: Cultivate strong supplier relationships, provide forecasts, and ensure clear communication to meet demand efficiently. Cost Efficiency: Contribute to cost-saving initiatives aligned with business objectives and raw material targets. Quality Assurance: Track and log supplier quality performance, following internal processes to address any discrepancies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to anticipate demand and resolve supply limitations. Logistics Management: Oversee import arrangements and ensure adherence to UK/EU regulations for smooth delivery of critical components. Continuous Improvement: Support the Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager in quarterly supplier reviews, and assist with sourcing new suppliers in line with sustainability goals. Requirements Your Skills and Experience Background in manufacturing or supply chain, with ERP experience preferred. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Positive, flexible attitude, with a commitment to continual development.
