Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to improve patient outcomes and increase sales.
* Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
* Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and management skills with experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
