This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in London / London surrounds. The position is mostly remote with some travel into London for in-office meetings and around the UK and Europe for events as required. Some travel is required in the UK and Europe. Own car a requirement. Candidates must be UK resident/UK passport holder. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset. The purpose of this role is to represent Crimson and be the first point of contact for incoming calls, leads and potential clients by: Providing resources to potential clients to inform them of Crimson services Providing schools, students and parents with relevant resources and information at career fairs, school talks etc. Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson students What are the main responsibilities for this role? Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars Planning and running local events to increase brand awareness for Crimson Track local Crimson events and plan accordingly to reach out to the event leads Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson Answering calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system Salesforce Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce Schedule meetings for the leads to meet with Crimson’s Academic Advisors and Country Manager Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge Attending industry events as required What skills, experience and qualities are required? University degree required Excellent English - Spoken/Written Experience in education sales and marketing will be preferred but not required Knowledge of university admissions (US & UK as a priority) and strong education background Knowledge and experience of independent schools across the UK and Europe will be preferred but not required Excellent communication skills Excellent organisation skills Friendly, people-focused, dynamic Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence, positive attitude (patience, empathy), willingness to learn, and go the extra mile Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms preferred Why work for Crimson?
