JMF have partnered with a well established property company who are based in Sutton and are looking for a Assistant Property Accountant to join on a 12 Month fixed term contract with a possible extension.
Duties:
* Raising Invoices
* Allocating receipts
* Posting supplier invoices
* Running figure Reports for team meetings weekly
* Completing/activating tenancies
* Transferring deposits to deposit account
* Processing statements and payments
* Updating contracts and ending contracts
* Process banking at month end
* Month end reports
* Client Balance reports monthly
* Running monthly bank statement at the end of each month for the whole month’s transactions
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Process payments to Suppliers monthly
* Email Remittance Advices to Suppliers monthly
* Filing invoices for audit purposes
* Filing charges and renewal sheets for audit purposes
* Raising charges for Period Statements (annually)
* Processing NRL Tax payments quarterly to HMRC
* Paying HMRC NRL Tax
* Completing NRL6 forms annually
* Issuing refunds
* Drafting Form and covering letters
* Maintaining the suppliers’ Public Liability Insurance
