What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential. Attributes: A flexible and positive approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience: Knowledge of supporting pupils with learning difficulties or physical disabilities is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
