Our client who specialises in providing sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for both residential and commercial clients, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role you will oversee the planning,execution and delivery of solar PV installation projects and manage the workload of a small team of Solar PV installers. If you have experience in solar or construction project management, along with strong organisational & problem-solving skills - apply now Responsibilities: Create project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project goals Conduct site evaluations and work with design teams on system layouts Ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits Oversee installations, manage teams, and maintain high-quality standards Monitor project progress, provide updates, and assess risks Manage the workload of a small team of Solar PV installers Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns Manage project handover, maintenance, and performance monitoring Skills and experience required: 2 years of project coordination experience within construction industry or solar energy Understanding of solar PV systems and/or renewable energy technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills Solar PV Installer Certification is a plus Location: Orpington - Office based Ref: 15000 Salary: £30k - £35k DOE
