Job Description
New business is the life blood of every agency. This role is key to Organic - a leader of the new business pipeline and our sales process, you’ll help to drive commercial success. You’ll bring fresh thinking and a proven track record in selling digital agency services. You’ll deploy a variety of sales tactics and methods, as well as collaborating with the Marketing Manager and the wider commercial team to ensure success.
What you’ll be doing
1. Building and converting sales. This includes:
2. Generating and leading prospect meetings and being an advocate for Organic and the services we sell.
3. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating and following-up to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
4. Converting inbound enquiries into sales through a clear understanding of the problems these clients face and how Organic products and services can satisfy those needs.
5. Networking and building relationships with prospects and the ‘e-commerce’ and ‘search (SEO)’ communities.
6. Managing relationships with external new business partners and our Non-Exec.
7. Monitoring and reporting performance. Using learnings to enact change to show better results over time.
