Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager / Executive
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive seeking a new and exciting role? This is a potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry-leading organization. About the Role
This is a sales-led organization experiencing significant growth. We are looking for driven individuals eager to succeed and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities.
2. Attend and close your own sales appointments.
3. Develop and meet with potential introducers and referral partners.
4. Achieve quarterly sales targets.
5. Build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline accurately.
6. Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
* Confident in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
* Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including Business Owners, Board Members, and HR Managers.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with high weekly meeting volumes.
* Previous field-based sales experience.
