Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse
Salary up to £30,000- £32,250 FTE (Depending on Experience)
Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse required to join our friendly and supportive RCVS-accredited and ISFM cat-friendly practice!
An exceptional team with an outstanding reputation; perfectly located near Stonehenge and the A303 transport links. We are a standalone practice with 4 consulting rooms; and separate cat/dog/isolation wards. Our fantastic facilities and equipment include K-Laser, in-house lab machines, dental radiography and a multi-parameter machine, which enables us to offer consistently high levels of care. Nurses are fully utilised, delivering nurse clinics including dermatology, antenatal, diabetes and senior pet consultations as well as the opportunity to develop schedule 3 skills with a dedicated nurse ops/procedures list.
With a wide and varied caseload, we also support visiting cardiology, ophthalmology and orthopaedic specialists, and can offer a position that guarantees job satisfaction and career development. This position will suit an experienced and knowledgeable RVN with high standards and a desire to pursue further learning and leadership opportunities.
We are looking for an outgoing, positive and articulate team player, with excellent nursing, communication and organisational skills and a good sense of humour. The ideal candidate will have been qualified for at least 5 years and have experience with team leadership to assist our head nurse in empowering and developing the nursing team; alongside administrative tasking's to support the management team. With approachable and caring partners, we complement work-life balance with team driven socials and strive to operate to the highest of standards whilst ensuring an excellent work-life balance for our team.
Full or part-time hours will be considered with a rota of 1-in-4 Saturday mornings and no OOH. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000- £32,250, dependent on experience, in addition to company benefits including fully funded CPD and professional memberships.
