Role: Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist Banding: Band 6 Location: Yateley Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 per annum The AHP team at Pulse is seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to our dedicated team at a specialist school for children aged 3-18 years. Our students present with a variety of diagnoses, including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, and Speech and Language delay/disorders. We are committed to providing holistic, child-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist: You will conduct 1:1 treatment session within the school setting. You will develop and facilitate group sessions to support children's social communication needs. You will manage a specialist clinical workload autonomously. You will create and implement child/family-centred treatment plans and therapy goals, utilizing a range of treatment techniques. You will participate in service development and monitor standards of practice. You will communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of children and manage risk. What we are looking for in a Speech and Language Therapist: Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification HCPC registration Experience working with children in an educational setting.
