In this newly created role, you will deliver a campaigns and a comprehensive customer plan that supports the annual roadmap to drive growth and brand visibility. Description Work with various teams, including Commercial Ops, Trading and NPD, to create and implement suitable marketing campaigns across your dedicated portfolio Ensure campaigns are highly effective with measurable results Design, deliver and take full ownership new processes in order to drive adoption of customer plan Work with retail media agency to identify key retail moments as well as the traditional seasonal calendar. Work cohesively alongside Head of Brand, Marketing Ops Manager and International Marketing team to positively drive change, improvment and visibility Profile Demonstrable experience in retail/FMCG environment, working with products Must be resilient, self sufficient and commercially minded Understanding of the retail landscape and principles of delivering strong customer propositions Strong stakeholder management - working across commercial, insight and ops Job Offer Salary between £50-60k, depending on experience 6 month FTC 3 days in-office (Mon, Wed, Thu preferred), 9am - 5pm Cannot offer sponosrship
