The Team: The role sits within the EMEA Communications Team which is made up of approximately 12 people with responsibilities split across the business lines of the bank. Based in London the well-established Communications function has a focus on the EMEA region working in close collaboration with US and internationally based colleagues. Job Description: Supporting communications managers in creating engaging internal communications campaigns across multiple channels to inform, educate and inspire our teammates across EMEA Supporting communications managers in developing and executing communication plans and initiatives for senior leaders and support partners including CSR, Opportunity and Inclusion, and HR Assisting in creating, editing, and proofreading content for emails, newsletters, articles and other digital materials Drafting and editing complex messages to communicate in a simple way Ensuring all communications align to the bank’s brand, tone and strategy Managing and updating the daily channels calendar Proof reading and uploading content to the intranet site Managing email distribution groups Sending, archiving, and tracking EMEA and international wide emails Creating and displaying digital signage Tracking metrics and creating quarterly metrics reports Required Experience: Experience working in Communications, Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility teams. Experience as an internal communications manager You must thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, be highly organised and enjoy juggling multiple projects.
