Service Desk Analyst
Location: London
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join the Service Desk team for a large MSP client of ours.
You will be joining a Microsoft Gold Partner and be responsible for providing support to their client via phone, email, chat and other remote connections.
You will manage the ticket queue as the first point of contact and resolve/troubleshoot problem with your technical ability and skillset.
Skills we are looking for:
* Experience supporting and troubleshooting IT issues
* Experience working with Office 365
* Microsoft qualification or working towards one of: MS-100, MS-101, MD 101
* Experience of ITIL framework
* Experience of Ticketing Systems
* A proactive problem solver
* Excellent communication
