Cleaning Operative at Augustus House, Leamington Spa, CV32 6JG
Approved Premises (APs) contribute to the effective risk management of people released from prison by providing an enhanced level of supervision, monitoring, and rehabilitation within the community. The post will provide you experience of working with complex and vulnerable people and an understanding of a residential setting within the Criminal Justice System. What you’ll do:
* Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
* Periodic deep cleaning of certain areas, instructed by the supervisor.
* Ensure all areas, including kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, are cleaned and presentable.
* Replenish stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand soaps.
* Work closely with the security team, reporting any faults or hazards while also helping maintain the cleanliness of their areas.
* This role requires you to have an approachable attitude.
What you bring:
* Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable but not essential; our great training will ensure you are fully trained in all areas of health and safety!
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
* Be a team player and take instruction.

Package Description

* 8 hours per week.
* Shift pattern/hours - Saturday and Sunday 10am-2pm.
* £11.44 per hour.
