We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, values-driven care provider seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead one of their specialist services in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that delivers high-quality care to adults with complex needs including neurological conditions, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, and physical disabilities.
⭐ What You'll Be Doing
*
Leading the daily operations of a nursing and residential care service
*
Ensuring consistently high standards of care, safety, and compliance
*
Managing, mentoring, and empowering a multi-disciplinary team
*
Working collaboratively with Directors and therapy teams (OT, physio, PBS)
*
Overseeing budgets and contributing to strategic service development
*
Supporting clinical areas and covering nursing shifts when needed
*
Participating in an on-call rota (shared responsibility)
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
Proven leadership experience in a care home or specialist setting
*
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent
*
Strong understanding of clinical compliance, safeguarding, and care governance
*
Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
*
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
*
Ability to think strategically and lead projects from idea to execution
