Job summary Leominster Community Hospital are looking to recruit a Health Care Support Worker. You will be required to work a rotational shift system to include working weekends and bank holidays attracting unsocial hours percentage. We work within a Multidisciplinary Teampromoting independence and patient centred care, implementing realistic individualised goals to allow proactive discharge planning. Every day will be different and you will work alongside the rest of the team carrying out a wide range of tasks and assisting with care to support the needs of the patients and their families.
