What You'll Do
✔ Develop and execute a robust referral strategy to generate high-quality leads for our contracts.
✔ Ensure referrals are onboarded efficiently, with all paperwork fully compliant.
✔ Work closely with delivery, administration, and compliance teams for seamless coordination.
✔ Track, analyse, and report on referral conversions and their impact.
What We're Looking For
✔ A proactive and results-oriented professional with experience in business development.
✔ Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance.
✔ A data-driven approach to tracking and improving referral success.
What You'll Bring
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of Employability Programs (ESFA/ASF) and Funding & Eligibility Rules.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
Proficient IT skills, including the ability to track and report on business development activities.
Confident presentation skills to engage and influence multiple audiences.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage your own caseload and diary independently.
