Dual Trade Operative – 1x Permanent, Full-Time positions available As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Dual Trade Operative to carry out maintenance work locally in our Property Services and related assets. Working throughout Neath Port Talbot Borough, Permanent, with a starting salary of £29,221.00 with potential to increase to £32,164.00 after evidence of key competencies required within the role. Reporting to the area Team Leader this role is responsible for undertaking skilled maintenance work within your designated trades. You will provide practical skilled expertise within your area of expertise (Dual Trade), ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently. Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of Dual Trade Operative you will be required to have a minimum Level 2 qualification in two trades along with experience, or a minimum Level 2 NVQ in a primary trade with a view to gaining a further Level 2 qualification in a secondary trade. Along with a valid CSCS card and valid driving licence.
