This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers support the team in the successful operation of the gym, focusing on driving new member sales, maximising retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Description
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working
* Support the FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading by example and training the team to improve confidence and performance
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members
* Manage activity planners, ensuring they are thorough and well executed
* Implement strategies to increase lead generation
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating insights to the team
* Drive revenue from memberships and products to enhance profitability
* Deliver monthly sales presentations to management
* Build relationships with local businesses for partnerships
* Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor
* Support national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
* Assist with operational tasks including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
