Working within a bustling conveyancing department for a highly respected solicitors, this role will see you covering all types of residential conveyancing. You'll manage a varied caseload and be surrounded by an experienced team ready to help and assist where needed.
Salary – Up to £45,000 Per Annum
Location – Stoke-on-Trent / Hybrid 2 Days from home
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 9-5

The Role
You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, providing a high-quality client service while working as part of an experienced team. The role involves advising clients, liaising with estate agents, solicitors, search agencies, mortgage lenders, and brokers, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards, including CQS requirements. You will also engage in marketing activities to build your profile and contribute to the firm's growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant PQE experience as a qualified Solicitor, FILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer, though we may consider alternative experience. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
