As part of our Marketing and IT team, the E-Commerce Marketplace Executive will act as a Listing & Technical Integrations Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to maximise product listing coverage across multiple retail websites and marketplace channels, including Amazon, Ebay, B&Q, TikTok Shop and Tesco. This role will leverage third-party rule-based software to build and automate product-related feeds, ensuring optimal data accuracy and consistency in our extensive product dataset. You will collaborate closely with the team and use your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, optimise listings, and drive growth through data analysis and market research.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maximise Listing Coverage: Ensure comprehensive product listings across various categories for both new and existing retail websites and marketplace channels.
2. Collaboration with Marketing Content Team: Work closely with the marketing content team to confirm all necessary product data, attributes, and imagery are available to create fully optimised listings.
3. Technical Integration and Troubleshooting: Leverage IT systems expertise to integrate and maintain listings. Identify and resolve technical issues, including listing errors or rejections, efficiently.
4. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse sales data to generate actionable insights that support growth initiatives and improve performance.
5. Amazon Advertising Optimization: Monitor, analyse, and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and ensure effective spend management.
6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our product listings remain competitive and relevant.
7. Liaising with Customer Service: Order processing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
1. Technical aptitude with experience in IT systems and e-commerce tools.
2. Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing listing-related issues.
3. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
4. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and advertising optimisation tools is preferred.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

A-Level or equivalent (required)
