The Role :
Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Swan Hill. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are passionate about giving back to their communities. This shop offers a unique opportunity for a retail superstar to take on their next leadership role.

About Vinnies :
The St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria, with over 12,000 volunteers, provides practical welfare support, advocacy, and friendship for the most vulnerable members of our community. Key services include Vinnies Shops, Vinnies Soup Vans, support programs for people experiencing mental illness, home visitation, youth programs, assistance for asylum seekers and refugees, education and tutoring, and various volunteer-run initiatives that assist people in need.
Through these programs, we offer 'a hand up' to people in need by respecting their dignity, sharing our hope, and encouraging them to take control of their destiny. Driven by this mission, the Society is one of the most recognized and highly regarded charitable organizations that has been providing support to Victorians for 160 years.
About You :
You are an inspirational leader known for your communication skills and ability to coach and mentor your team. Retail is second nature to you, and if you can channel your extensive experience into directly contributing to the community, it is a win-win for you! If you are great at visual merchandising, love achieving results, and want to make your shop an amazing place for our dedicated volunteers, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to make a significant impact immediately.
More specifically, you will have :
1. Retail management experience with a focus on people
2. Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets
3. A 'Can Do' proactive attitude and positive team spirit
