We have a new exciting opportunity for you to work with a well-known company based in Nottingham in their customer service department.\n\n-Hybrid after probation\n -£12.21/ph\n -Temporary with an opportunity to become permanent\n -On site parking\n -On-site canteen\n -Career progression\n -Monday to Friday plus one weekend a month\n -Rotating shift patterns(Monday to Friday):\n 8-4\n 9-5\n 10-6\n 11-7\n\nMain duties:\n -Operate the live chat providing excellent customer service\n -Dealing with online orders and returns\n -Responding to emails\n -Receiving phone calls (mainly inbound)\n -Deal with monthly customer subscriptions\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n -Previous customer service experience\n -Open to learn\n -Flexible with working hours\n\nBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
