This is a full-time, permanent position and the salary is £22,310 per annum.

Making amendments to existing policies from inbound customer calls
Cancelling policies at customer request from inbound calls
Promoting additional products available
Taking ownership of all general queries to resolutionKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
Minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer-facing environment
Experience of meeting performance-related targets within a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Reliable and trustworthy
You should have a can-do attitude and want to provide a first-class service to all customers
You will be confident to speak to a variety of people and have strong written communication skills
You will need to be able to self-manage your own workload
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change according to circumstances
