Technical Support Engineer Technical Support Manager An Excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team and work in a stimulating and demanding environment. Location: London - NW1 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum plus substantial bonus depending on experience. We are looking to extend our busy technical department to recruit a talented Technical Support Manager to join our specialists in Marylebone, central London we will provide full training and support to integrate your area of expertise into our operations. Working within a dedicated team of engineers and technicians, you will be operating in a stimulating and dynamic technical environment with responsibility for ensuring our state-of-the art installations across the UK are operating at peak efficiency. This is a challenging position with significant scope to learn and grow with the company and play a pivotal role within the team to push the technology and operational processes. Person Specification: A self-motivated Technical Support Manager capable of driving SLA and key deadlines Experience of managing and leading a team of technical specialists Previous experience working within a Technical Support role First or second line support experience Ability to plan time effectively, prioritise workload and work to deadlines Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate complex issues to colleagues and clients Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Possess excellent problem solving skills Experience of asset management and work-order systems Strong knowledge of IP networks both LAN and (3G) WAN Good knowledge of system installation techniques An understanding of basic electronic engineering principles Ideally a minimum five years experience within a technical support/managerial role you may also have experience of a technical environment, which would be beneficial, but not essential If you feel you have the skills and qualities to undertake this role, please apply by forwarding your CV and covering letter along with your salary expectations.
