Personal Assistant to Director Location: London Hours: Full Time (4 In Office / 1 WFH) Salary - circa £40,000 bonus (DoE) Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. Jamess Place Plc. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable Personal Assistant to work for a Director within a St. Jamess Place Partner Practice which is based in London. You will be managing the work generated by the Director and offering support as required. The Role: Personal Assistant You will be working with the Director in all aspects of business operations including: Diary management Arranging appointments and booking travel where necessary First point of contact for all Client enquiries and communications by telephone and email Preparing letters, presentations and reports Managing the Partner's inbox managing emails, delegated actions, activities, deadlines and reminders. Oversee and manage the Partners Annual Client Reviews, ensuring all client reviews are booked in within the required timeframes, and the required admin is completed, ensuring each review is compliant. Ensuring client information is recorded accurately in the CRM Dealing with third parties on a daily basis Managing the pipeline of business through the Practice. The Person: Personal Assistant to Director This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a can do working style. Previous experience in a PA role is essential, within an SJP Partner Practice or an IFA practice. Knowledge of relevant FCA regulations would be very useful You have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written An excellent eye for detail and good IT skills Strong problem-solving skills You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision You can manage your time effectively with the ability to multi-task You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties andcan workwith total discretion.
