Job summary We are recruiting for Clinical Nurse Specialist - Hospital at Night Coordinators who share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. You will be responsible for expert, safe, effective triage and coordination of all clinical tasks across all specialities and divisions, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time securing positive clinical outcomes and increased efficiency. The HAN coordinators will also be expected to assess and manage acutely unwell and deteriorating patients and take part in clinical audit, education and present at appropriate.
