Position: Education Studies graduate
Salary: £12.82 to £14.61 per hour (dependent on payroll choice at interview)
Location: Market Drayton and surrounding areas
Start Date: January 2024
Hours: Flexible, typically 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, no weekends

Role and Responsibilities of an Education Studies Graduate:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
Support students with additional needs, helping them to thrive in both mainstream and SEND settings.
Assist the teacher in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Prepare learning materials and support the delivery of lessons.
Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
Foster the social and emotional development of the students in your care.
Contribute to school life and collaborate with other staff to achieve the best outcomes for all students.
The successful Education Studies Graduate will need to provide:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
A relevant education studies certificate
A 10-year checkable work/education history.
To complete our compliance process, which includes 2 years of referencing and an enhanced DBS check.
Proof of Right to Work in the UK.

A minimum of 6 months’ experience working within the UK curriculum.
